Corrections Policy
Our guides describe what we checked at a given time. This page explains how we correct errors and update guides when something material changes.
What we correct or update
- factual errors in a guide, such as a wrong amount, price, date or attribution;
- changes to the sources a guide relies on, such as an updated or removed seller page;
- seller policy changes, including shipping, guarantee and refund terms;
- label or formula changes, or label information that turns out to be outdated;
- material changes to the price or packages of the seller offer;
- meaningful new evidence, or research we had not identified.
How we evaluate a correction
We check proposed corrections against the available sources, such as the seller's current pages, the label and the published research. We change a guide when the sources support the change. Information we cannot verify may be recorded as unverified rather than adopted, and not every suggested change will be made.
How changes appear
When we recheck part of a guide, its check date changes on the page, so readers can see when that part was last verified. Material corrections are made in the guide itself.
Sending a correction
Email correction requests to corrections@buyerguardhealth.com. Write to us about a factual error, a source or piece of evidence we cited incorrectly, any other material error, or information that looks outdated. Please name the guide and the passage, and include a source that supports the change when you have one. We review each request as described above.
